This design project, aptly named Residence With The Green View, showcases the innovative and eco-conscious approach of designer Chien Hung Lu. By utilizing energy-saving and eco-friendly building materials, Lu has created a residence that not only reduces its impact on the environment but also offers a refreshing and comfortable living space.

The design specifications of this project reveal a 148.5 square meter residence, offering ample space for comfortable living. The layout has been carefully rearranged to maximize natural light and improve air circulation. The addition of a semi-open kitchen, created by demolishing a wall in the old kitchen, allows for more sunlight and better airflow. An island counter between the kitchen and dining room further enhances air circulation, ensuring a high-quality indoor environment.

The residence, located in Taipei, Taiwan, faced issues such as exhaust emissions, noise, and poor ventilation.
